Das MMK Museum für Moderne Kunst in Frankfurt am Main zeigt bis 04. Januar 2009 die bisher umfangreichste Retrospektive der Arbeiten ­von Takashi Murakami. Für die Dauer der Ausstellung werden ausschließlich Arbeiten dieses Künstlers gezeigt und das MMK wird sich, wie der Titel bereits suggeriert, in ein © MURAKAMI Museum verwandeln.Die Ausstellung präsentiert eine Auswahl der wichtigsten Arbeiten des Künstlers aus dem gesamten Verlauf seiner künstlerischen Laufbahn. Im MMK werden mehr als 130 Arbeiten – Bilder, Skulpturen, Installationen und Videos – auf allen drei Ebenen gezeigt … na dann ma’ hin!
