Prepare for the big opening party! On Thursday, December 10th, the first german Lomography Gallery Store will open its doors – and the doors that will be opened in Berlin are huge!

On 200 square metres lomographic dreams will come true. You will find all the lomographic products here. There will be workshops on a regular basis on the most interesting lomographic topics and the biggest Lomowall in Germany with more than 12.000 pictures! The Lomography Gallery Store Berlin will be the meeting point for all German Lomographers. Here you will find the best parties and music. There is always something on!

The first date you should keep in mind is the Opening Party on December 10th from 18:00 to 23:00 at Friedrichstraße 133 in Berlin. We will serve Currywurst, enough to drink and listen to live music from Der Automat

Even 200 square metres can get crowded very fast so you should RSVP and write an email to berlin@lomography.com to get your name on the guestlist.

Ok I admit… it has been ages… computers become your worst enemies and internet feels kind of far away. Im home. Its summer. You wake up with loads of crickets at your window, the sun is freaking hot- 30º in the shadow. Family time, Gurlfriends here and there, sun-oil, nails, crusin around with good music. This is good. As always thousand special things around you, beautiful beaches and views and a welcoming island reminding you of what a real summer feals like. A real summer at home, Ibiza it is! Fresh veggies from the garden, and fresh juices in the morning (made by 5 mixers) are the best start. Mmmh. Good stuff. So here goes a lil review:

Its been months now that im thinking about which special camera to get next to my Lumix…

Diana, Holga, Ricoh, Leica, Lomo, Polaroid… all those i could get to love… but all combined with a huge indesicion!

It all started when I came across images like these:

Another problem is that obviously i have no idea about photography… it fascinates me, but i feel completely incapable when thinking that i could ever achieve pictures like these. I dont have time to do proper lessons and of course it would totally be a hobby kind of thing… Also, m completely aware that the above pictures, we obviously not taken by the same style of cameras! They do 3in1 for all kind of things, why not for this too!? : )

So this morning, i see that the Diana now how a sort of printer, in a Polaroid style…

Cool thing!

Again, its not cheap and my mind goes crazy AGAIN thinking: “should i get this one?!” or “better an old mid-format?!”… or or or… So this is just a post, to make you guys see that we’re not all about shoes n make-up! We have serious problems out here! In general it seems, that the older I get, the more undecisive i become… it makes me go nuts!
