They hyped, they came, its over.

I had been at the EMA’s in Lissabon in 2005… but I must say, that Berlin topped it big time! From the show, to the hype and exitement before, from the line-up to the organisation. I think they really did a good job…

Another experience to remember, and something you might not forget in a lifetime… but still it remains something completely fake and in the end not that exiting at all.

When you watch it on TV, you feel like there is a million people standing in the croud and the energy nearly burts your the device you are watching it on. When you are there…its people standing in line for a Brezel and a Cola, walking and stumbling around the 02 World’s seats in their highheels, pushing around to get what they want. Still, Its a nice occasion, to get all styled up and do something different than the usual tour.

What I do experience when being there, and not watching it on TV, is that exitement you have when you see the stars perform that you love! I feel like 14, back to being boybands fan, and drooling about every move they do. Clearly this goes out to Beyonce and JiggaZ. The woman is simply fuckin amazing, and he has this extreme coolness that is like pure magnet! But not only…. the goosebumps of U2 (and im not a fan and hardly know a song), performing “One Love” live at Brandenburger Tor was indiscribable!

So then… after the party it wasnt the hotel lobby, but actually a party in Hangar 2, Tempelhof! “My” hangar Funny to see it dressed up in a different way than for BBB. With a blue band, and a walk down the red carpet you get blinded by the million sponsors that Universal got going for Dreamland of “Everything you need, we got it”. Really, they provided you with everything to have a great night and get lost: Sebastian Hairdressers, MAC Make-Up seats, Cookie stands, Guitar Hero, Pizza, Drinks, Espresso Bars, Cigarettes, etc.

So I wonder… if all that is available, why dont people just get wild, take that stick out of their ass, and actually have a good time? Not expecting wild dances, or sweating faces, but a little bit more enthusiasm or energy would have been cool. Maybe the music was the problem. Maybe the “lets play Gala and do celebrity watching” was the issue. Which was fun, but maybe its still the same if you would watch it on TV from home, not get wasted and get home at 2.30.

But in the end its all about “Be there or be square” and it definetely was worth it- a night to remember!!!

Sonntag 16h TAPE OUTDOOR*

Whitest Boy Alive spielen… Die Sonne scheint bei 35° Hitze!

Die Atmosphäre unglaublich, es lag was in der Luft… selbst die Jungs wollten nicht aufhören zu spielen…

so unglaublich viele geile Tattoos… ich weiß, das sieht Frau jetzt nicht so gut, doch sie haben mich angestrahlt mit den vielen schönen Farben!!!… und nein…keine Drogen…

Sie, ich glaube Annegret war ihr Name, hatte diese geilen Straps Beinnähte… so fuckin sexy… und er das Eis… und die Pillen.. vorn auf der Schulter stand noch Räuber und Prinz? glaub ich… alle Tattoos waren sehr eigen angeordnet und hatten den gleichen Style… leider musste er soviel arbeiten, dass ich kein besseres Bild machen konnte…

Today is the first day, where Im starting to be nervous-exited-goosebumps-butterflies for the upcoming BBB in a Week! A WEEK!

Time is running, we have been (and are still) workin our asses off,  and now its slowly slowly coming to what we think is going to blast them fashionistas all away…Its nice when you work for months and day by day you see what comes out of it… All these stands and little babies that we are taking care of, converting into monsters and killer exhibition places!

Of course like every year there is an Opening, this time Mando Diao playing live…Again, of course, there are many more specials (like Mr. Timberlake attenting to his William Rast booth- in “my” Area!!! hihi)…  Dickies will have a hairdressing barbour shop on their stand- cutting original 40’s look haircuts… I think its a really cool idea… We hair saloons before, but nothing with a real theme… So you know where to go!

Wishing for good weather, for good vibes and for everything to run smoothly… Im really proud of all the ones working for it… Amazing what people can do in such little time… I think most of the people, really have no idea what we all do to make this happen- this is why, this post is a “Big up for BBB” Post!

I have to admit, I feel like a 14 year old teenager when getting hooked up on Beyonce- im such a fan!

Went with them Gurls to see her live last night at the O2! For real, i think its one of the best concerts i saw till now… That woman had power, her voice was great and her moves! MMmmhh! Pure porn… The designed outfits by Thierre Mugler (they say a total of 72)… From Swan like white gowns, to robot latex and tiger catsuits- increadible! The girl was movin, jumping, laughing and flying over the stage!
