A few weeks ago I shot some new pressphotos of Denyo and Dj Mad for their Dj-Project here in Berlin and now I finished them. Here comes a small selection. Enjoy.

End of may I’ve been in Amsterdam for a shoot at the PXA tournament. I also stopped by at Kwon Kims place, a good old friend of mine from Berlin, who is actually working for Asics in Amsterdam.
Seeing his apartment I was quiet impressed and I took the chance to shoot some pictures for
‘Faces & Spaces‘. Here comes a little preview. The rest of the pictures will be released in a few days.

Sadly I could not find a lot of information about Jean Françis Thériault except that he is based in Montreal and – as you can see – he’s taking really nice pictures.

David Luraschi is a French-American photographer/filmmaker based in San Francisco. He’s also a member of Ill-studio, a French group of collaborators who are devoted to fine arts. Taking a look at his portfolio I’m really fascinated in the way every picture is telling its own story. Definitely check out his other works on ill-studio.com and his own website.

“wrong write wrong” is an impressive photo spread by Achim Lippoth a german photographer
based in cologne. He’s specialized in kids photography as you can see on his website, but he has also the right touch for taking strong and emotional pictures in all fields he’s working in.

Take a look at this great interactive youtube game “BBoy Joker” and send your charakter in the ulimate stopmotion breakdancebattle between Batman and the Joker… so funny. The moves are so realistic and watching the making of you realize how much work Patrick Boivin put in this project.

The earthenware sculpture of Fabien Clerc is a reminder of the good old days and a Homage to the turntable spinning generation of DJs growing up with the classic “1210″. Adding gold and delicate flowers makes it look like the porcelain of your grandma. Unfortunately, these statues are unable to play records. That functionality would make it just too perfect.

My good old friend Yasha Conen just came back from NYC this spring to work on a couple of tracks for his new album produced by his brother Monk (well-known co-producer of Peter Fox). Being in Berlin, he also used the time to rock the hook for Marterias new single “Verstrahlt”. Last week the video for the Track has been released. So check it out… The final song and clip are really mind-blowing. And Yasha… keep on rockin’ bro!

One year ago I saw some pics Dustin Humphrey shot for Insight Surfboards. Today I saw them again on ignant.de and… they are still amazing, so I felt like I should share them with you. The pictures are not manipulated, no photoshop… it’s all real. Dustin Humphrey rightly received the Sony World Photography Award for his work.
