ABSOLUT threw a party last night at the Spindler & Klatt. Wolfmother were performing, Julian Smith played as Smith & Drums. Almost all of Berlin was out and ERRRRRRBODY went crazy! I was totally happy, that my two brothers were there, my favorite DJ was spinning and Yue and Sophie had a kick ass farewell party since they returned to Paris this morning with probably ZERO sleep! What else? Feride celebrated her birthday, Dana, Jamie, Chantal, Sarah and Karina basically killed the dancefloor, Reaf lost major weight, Danetic will probably never give me back those DVDs he borrowed in 2002,  Phillo is Polish, Omer showed up and danced, David actually can dance, Marina, Elina and I realized that thanks to globalization the world basically has become one small village. INTERCONNECTION GALORE! I love it! Oh, one more thing: GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS!!!!!!!

I should’ve stayed at home. But the problem with Friday nights is that, if I don’t have anywhere to go the next morning to deejay or work in general, I’m so hyped right after my radio show that I just want to go out. The thing with last night though is that I know I should’ve stayed in. I’ve been sort of sick’ish the last couple of days so partying wasn’t necesseraily the best thing to do. I still did it and boooooy did I have fun! We hit the Bar 1000 and Relais. Nice, nice, nice!

The last weeks have been so exhausting that, as you probably have noticed, my blogging game has lacked some serious continuity. But instead of writing it all down, I decided to share some pictures!

I love my life right now!

Was a lot of fun. When you throw two parties together and have 5 deejays playing on one night it can get a little hectic. But it was still a blast.

Everybody was paying hommage to Michael Jackson, so some of us put on a little Michael gear. As mentioned, Gab was wearing this really old Michael shirt he bought when MJ came to Berlin on his Bad Tour. I threw on my MJ Mazooka shirt which obviously appealed to others as well:

The guy played an amazing show at the Wuhlheide a while back. In two nights in a row he taped a live show in front of 17.000 people (each night that is!!!) which will be released as a live dvd in the near future. So after playing two concerts in November in a *sold out* Columbiahall he played two night in a *sold out* Wuhlheide AND will be playing TWO more shows there!!! So, if he sells out those two gigs, that would mean that by the end of this summer (the last show at the Wuhlheide is on August 26th with no other than Asher Roth opening the night) more than 70.000 will have seen Peter Fox on stage in the last 12 months. IN BERLIN ALONE!!!! I’m speechless.

After the show is the after paaaartey! I was home by 7.30AM

I went out last night, to Bohannon with my girls Jules and Ruthi. What a fun night! We hit Raphistory. It’s an event series that is counting down the glorious days of rap music year by year exclusively playing tracks that were released the specific year that is being celebrated! Yesterday Raphistory was all about ‘98. playing only songs that were born in that year! I was 18 in ‘98 (turnin 19 that is) and went to the club EVERY f*cking weekend. EVERY single one. So last night was like a visit to my past. Damn I went down memory lane!

Boys and girls, the party this weekend was so crazy, that I just had to let you now right then and there, how much fun I was having. And as promised here are the pics to document the madness at the Nokia thing in Cologne:

The funny thing was that the entire location was designed like an appartement. You had a bedroom, living room, bathroom, music room  etc.
