… is really weird. I’ve never been a fan, didn’t really care about Robbie leaving the band back then, or the group splitting up. But I do have to admit, that it’s strange sitting at a table with Gary Barlow and hearing this grown man who used to dance terrible choreographies talk about his children and stuff. He aged. I mean, of course he’s gonna age, “Back for Good” was 1995… so yes, aging is absolutely normal. But actually seeing it is another thing. When Jason and Howard joined my astonishement was complete. Talkin’ about sneakers to them, how I liked Paris, how they like Berlin was just surreal. Take That. You guys are really Take That. Was I impressed? Kinda. Was I excited? In a way. Did I like them? Yes. They were nice.. and better looking than I expected. Superficial me was surprised. Will Robbie be back in the band? No. At least not any time soon. And honestly? I was disappointed. Yes would’ve been the cooler answer. Somehow.
