I first met Chad in BCN two years ago when he was there staying at Ivan’s place during Bread & Butter. One year later Chad introduced me to Yoshi aka MR44 when Foreign Family shared the Magseven booth with us in Barcelona. A couple of weeks ago I had the chance to see both again during my vacation in Los Angeles. I visited their oFFice and their gallery in Korea Town.

I wish I could have spent more time with them as they were and are really nice, funny and helpful guys. On top of that I really dig Yoshi’s work and the handdrawn designs he’s doing for FF. He also showed me some of his future projects for FF and other collaborations which you surely will hear about in the near future. Until then check out some pics I took of the Family and peep the preview of a bagpack which features Foreign Family’s renowned Coi graphic. I am not sure about a release date but I will keep y’all updated.

While watching the MTV VMA’s last week I couldn’t believe my ears. The hosts announced T.I. and Rihanna performing their new single “Live your Life”… And then the sounds of this fucking song from the moldavian group O-zone started. This is the new mega, super new single made by so damn creative producers? Come on, we people over here in europe are laughing about this one! @ T.I. and Rihanna - this can’t be serious… Thumbs down for this crap!

DreamTeam Clothing Spring/Summer 2009 Lookbook

After having shown our second line at various tradeshows, we now present our Spring/Summer 2009 collection to the public with our lookbook.
The line mostly consists of men and women tees with strong, colorful prints aswell as high quality zip hoodeds with a good sense for details like colored hooded linings and branded hooded strings.
To give the line the final touch, we have once again created various 5-panel caps and also beanies in new colorways to offer alternatives to the current overflow of fitted caps.
Delivery to the shops will be February 2009. All Photos by Nicola Roman Walbeck - thanks!
