ASPEKT RATIO

“Entschleunigung” heisst übrigens das Gebot des Jahres.

Mit dem Versuch uns komplett daran zu halten, sind wir jetzt

erst darauf gekommen, dieses auf dieser Seite umzusetzen.

In der physikalischen Welt hat es bisher mit der “Entschleunigung”

ganz passabel funktioniert, da ASPEKT RATIO als Zeitung immer

noch nicht über die Nullnummer hinaus gekommen ist – die hingegen

sieht immer noch klasse aus, obwohl das Papier bereits leicht vergilbt.

Sehr nachhaltig, übrigens.

Die Webseite haben wir nunmehr auch entschleunigt. Wenn man das

Internet nicht löschen kann, dann zumindest aber einzelne Seite. Und

darunter fällt auch aspektratio.com. Um die “Entschleunigung” weiter

voranzutreiben, werden wir auf der ASV-Seite nun schrittweise unsere

Blogeinträge löschen. Alle paar Tage wieder ein paar weniger.

Downsizing nennt man das wohl, oder sukzessive negativ-progressive

Anpassung.

Wobei es dennoch immer zu weiteren Einträgen kommen wird, damit

wir diese dann ebenfalls wieder löschen können.

Entschlossen zum Entschleunigen.

Fangen wir jetzt mal bei 191 Einträgen an.

Jake & Dinos Chapman: If Hitler Had Been a Hippy How Happy Would We Be

Jake Chapman was born in 1966 in Cheltenham, Dinos Chapman in 1962 in London. They live and work in London. They have exhibited extensively, including solo shows at Tate Liverpool (2006), Kunsthaus Bregenz (2005), Museum Kunst Palast Düsseldorf (2003) and Modern Art Oxford (2003). Group exhibitions have included ARS 06, Museum of Contemporary Art KIASMA, Helsinki, the Turner Prize, Tate Britain (2003) and PS1 Contemporary Art Center, New York (2000).

A fully illustrated catalogue including essays by Simon Baker, Robin Mackay and Rod Mengham, with photography by Hugo Glendinning, has been published to accompany the exhibition.
